Howard Donaldson is currently vice president of studio operations at Propaganda Games, a Buena Vista Games Studio of The Walt Disney Company. Prior to co-founding Propaganda Games, Donaldson served as the chief financial officer for EA Canada. As an active member of the executive team, he was responsible for managing the company’s annual financial performance and directing long-term business planning that led to EA Canada’s double-digit annual growth.

Before joining EA Canada, Donaldson was the vice president of finance and administration for Disney Interactive. He previously served in several financial and operational management positions at McGraw-Hill, Unysis and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Donaldson has over 10 years of experience in the video game industry and over 20 years of corporate leadership experience. Donaldson serves as a Board Director on several local technology companies including New Media BC and teaches a business course at Vancouver Film School. Donaldson holds an MBA and CPA.

Mr. Evrensel provides legal counsel in entertainment law relating to television and motion picture development, production, financing and distribution. He has extensive experience in structuring the financing and distribution of international television and motion picture treaty co-productions. His practice focuses exclusively on representing producers, investors, broadcasters, financiers, distributors, animation companies and international studios involved in the filmed entertainment industry.

Mr. Evrensel is recognized as one of the country's top entertainment lawyers in the Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada published by Lexpert/American Lawyer Media and is recognized in Euromoney Legal Media Group's Guide to the World's Leading Technology, Media & Telecommunications Lawyers. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Lionsgate Entertainment.

Jim Southcott is the Chief Strategic Officer of communications agency TBWA\Vancouver. Jim has worked on growth strategies for a diverse set of brands including Telus, Shaw, Vancity, Movie Central, Rogers Wireless, Direct Energy, Navigata Communicatiosn, HSBC, Group Telecom and BC Lottery Corporation. Jim specializes in building "brand blueprints" for high technology clients to help focus their drive for both customers and investors. Brands include Colligo, QNext, CityDazz, MovieSet™ and NewMediaBC. Jim’s work focuses on identifying and exploiting market "conventions" to create disruptive strategies to expand the brand’ competitve market space.
