Chris has been involved in web development for over 10 years, creating public web sites and intranet resource management systems for established corporations and startups alike. He is capable at every level of the technology stack from networking, server setup, data design, to programming, although he now spends most of his time capturing project requirements and translating them into code. He is proficient with a number of languages, frameworks and content management systems (he has created 2 of these), but lately prefers using the Drupal application platform. Chris is also an active member of the open source community.
A graduate of UBC, Chris made the jump from engineering consulting to the IT industry after attending Vancouver Film School. He was on the winning team of the SFU Tong Award for entrepreneurship in 2004, and went on to compete at the Ivey School of Business and Telus BC New Ventures later that year.
